How much ram do you have? We've been able to run this on some pretty low-end machines. I'm seeing some crashes that look like it might be due to a lack of ram.
I’ve realized when I click single player I’m in the Mystery zone and everything does work, I just need to figure out how to solve the mystery😅. Thanks!
Just a quick info for the devs. I am currently trying out how good Vine Realms runs on linux under wine. So far the only problem I had was getting the controller to work but that's probably more because of my controller setup.
Sounds good! We're currently working on building Linux and MacOS versions of the client. No guarantee they'll work (server is running under headless Linux but haven't tested a client) but if the game runs fine under Wine, they'll probably work fine.
I've submitted a request on SteamGridDB to add Vine Realms to their site. If/When it is approved, you'll have access to some custom Steam library assets I uploaded, ready to be used for people who like to add non Steam games to their library. I hope this helps some of you out!

Has anyone had luck running this on an core i3 laptop? I don’t have a fancy computer and it freezes everytime I launch it.

I have about 4gb. The game runs and I’m able to pause and click through settings but the loading screen won’t go away.

That sounds like a bug. Singleplayer is fairly intense due to how it's set up. I'd try multiplayer as it requires far less ram.

Really dig the game btw :D

It'll be here once approved https://www.steamgriddb.com/game/5263985
Is there going to be a mac version?
You could try using bootcamp...
True. I might try to run it using Wine.
We don't have the machines on-hand to test a mac build, but we're looking into publishing a build. No guarantee it'll work though.
OSX build has been posted. It is untested since we don't have the hardware to test it on-hand. Let us know if there's any issues.
Sounds good. I'll give it a shot!
Tested the build on a 2019 MBP (10.15.6) - everything seems to work just fine.
Also tested on a MB Air (mid 2013) - game is playable on low settings, although menus are a bit hard to read as the button images do not load.
The hype train reaches its destination and the Vine is officially Sauced!
